Deliver training & skills for the Leisure and Hospitality sectors within the Norfolk BID Districts

Background: Hospitality is an important sector for Norfolk and for our Town Centre economies. We know that businesses struggle to recruit and retain staff and that during the pandemic there are people looking to re-train, change profession and start their own business. We want to support both of these points with this project. As a core component of a Community Renewal Fund Project, Norwich, King's Lynn and Great Yarmouth BIDs are seeking to deliver training to support the development of necessary skills, experience and knowledge relevant to the hospitality and leisure sectors within the targeted areas. The supplier will deliver training for businesses and individuals on topics such as catering, management, finance, marketing, purchasing and customer service.
