COV - St Mary's Guildhall Improvement / Restoration Works - AWARD

Coventry City Council is seeking to procure a main contractor to deliver the improvement / restoration works at St Mary's Guildhall, Coventry. The main works the contractor will be require to carry out include; o Conservation works to existing Guildhall o Restoration of the medieval kitchen o A new kitchen to the rear of the building o A new reception area where visitors will be welcomed to the building and where the visitor journey will commence
