Outdoor Sports Centre Development - (Employer's Agent & Project Designer Roles)

The provision of a specialist consultant team that will develop the design of the redevelopment of the Outdoor Sports Centre in Lordswood/Bassett (Southampton) from the current RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design), fulfil the Principal Designer role, and undertake all necessary Employer's Agent site works monitoring and contract administration duties right the way through to RIBA Stage 6 (Handover and Close Out). A direct award appointment through the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy Services Framework.
