Description
Hertfordshire County Council (the Council or Contracting Authority) is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for The Supply of Office and Commercial Furniture (hereinafter referred to as \"Goods\") and is seeking suitably qualified Contractors to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise. A list of the Goods required is given in within the Specification (Schedule 1) of the tender documentation. The requirement is split into 4 Lots - Lot 1 - Seating and Associated Equipment Lot 2 - Desks, Tables and Storage Lot 3 - Collaborative Furniture Lot 4 - Complete Project Solution You are invited to submit your tender for one or more than one Lot. Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender, where appropriate.
