Description
The contract for HMPO's level 3 support of digital applications and services that fall within the Customer Facing "Product Family" has now been awarded via the CCS Technology Services 2 Framework Agreement. This has been awarded for an initial period of 24 months with up to three 12-month extension options available. The maximum contract value over the 5-year term is £39.5m, however spend will be via short, specific work packages for the support, maintenance and development of the Customer Facing applications and services.
