Architect consultancy for estate improvement projects - AWARD

The Council is seeking to engage a competent supplier for the provision of Architectural services. The architect will provide design and management services for estate improvement projects within the London Borough of Croydon. These minor works projects will include landscaping, refurbishment of communal areas, small building modifications, and other improvements to enhance the estate environment and the living conditions of residents.
