1. Contract is to be done under the NEC conditions of contract 2. The location of the works is to the rear of the amusement arcades which are located on Harbour Drive (opposite the Sea Hotel). 3. The work requires carrying out rendering to the walls as shown on the drawing using Wetherby Building System . 4. Approximate area of render is 240m2 5. The work is to be priced to be done in one visit or maximum two visits starting end of February 2016. 6.
