FCHO External Works Framework

First Choice Homes Oldham are inviting tenders for the provision of a framework for external works that will include the following work streams:- • Roof renewal / maintenance • Chimney • Roofline • Rain water products (gutters etc..) • Wall finish • Windows & doors • Painting • Communal works • Landscaping • Fencing, walls & other boundary treatments • Drainage • Structural works The anticipated value of works through the framework will be between £7m to £12m over the 4 year term. The anticipated value of each call of will be from £200k to £2.5m.
