Tender for Alterations & Building Services

The EBP is sourcing a supplier to offer services required to change they layout of its offices at Welton House. There will be a requirement to amend the layout of the upper floor by removing some of the internal walls to create large open plan area and create some new small offices. On the ground floor, the plan is to create 11 separate offices utilising the existing rooms of the building and creating 6 new offices in the large open plan area as detailed in the floor plan (provided within tender documentation upon expression of interest).
