R&D Science and Analysis Programme

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) requires a supplier to provide research on local civil society infrastructure. In particular, the supplier will look to develop the evidence base on the positive impacts of effective local civil society infrastructure, the negative impacts of its absence and the conditions and models for building effective local civil society infrastructure in areas where it is weak or non-existent.
