This scheme comprises the refurbishment of 74 properties to improve the thermal efficiency and structural integrity of the buildings predominantly by fixing the Structherm Structural External Wall Insulation and ArtBrick render system over the external elevations. The contract also includes re-roofing, loft insulation, renewal of rainwater goods and building plastics, and replacement of external doors and windows.
