Description
Nottinghamshire County Council (the "Council") is seeking to establish a framework agreement of suitably qualified service Providers to supplement the Councils in house team. The Integrated Children's Disability Service (ICDS) is responsible for the collation and assessment of appropriate information relating to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) from 0-25 years of age, resident within Nottinghamshire for whom an Education Health and Care (EHC) Plan has been agreed. This information is used to produce an EHC Plan within the specified statutory timelines of 5 days. The successful delivery organisation will be responsible for the preparation of high quality EHC Plans, appropriate to the needs of the individual child/young person, delivered within statutory timelines. The initial term of this Framework Agreement will be two years with the option to extend for a further two years in increments of up to 12 months. The Framework Agreement will comprise of a Primary Provider (i.e. the highest ranking compliant bidder) plus a maximum of three other Providers
