Description
This service is required to meet the needs of those Young People and Young Adults aged 16-25 years who need support and accommodation due to homelessness or risk of homelessness. This shall also include Young People who become Looked After due to them being at risk of homelessness and those Young People and Young Adults who are entitled to services under The Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000. The aim of the service is to provide early intervention support to prevent Young People and Young Adults developing higher needs and falling into long term homelessness. Cambridgeshire County Council are re-tendering eight (8) service contracts that are located in Cambridge, Wisbech, St Neots and Huntingdon. Please see the tender documents for detailed information.
