Description
Halton Borough Council's Road Safety Unit currently delivers Bikeability Cycle Training within the borough across all three levels. Halton Borough Council is pleased to confirm that the grant bid for financial year one (1st April 2016 - 31st August 2016) has been accepted. The intention is to use this grant to appoint an external training provider to deliver a significant level of additional training. Training must be delivered by a registered Bikeability Scheme and the training to be delivered according to the approved details of that registration and consistent with the standards required of the Bikeability training, as specified in the Bikeability training coirse manuals and in the national standards outcomes.
