Within these, identify and outline the existing policies in place to support the development of the FOW industry, whilst assessing the broader technical, economic and environmental potential for FOW in that market; • Identify key innovation / commercialisation / market development actors in key markets; • Provide public guidance on the scale of the international FOW market and associated economic opportunity.
