Evaluation of Integrated Commissioning in City and Hackney

A three year evaluation of the development, implementation and effectiveness of the integrated commissioning arrangement put in place by NHS City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group, The City of London Corporation and the London Borough of Hackney. NHS City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group, The City of London Corporation and the London Borough of Hackney have formed an integrated commissioning partnership as part of the London Health and Care Devolution Programme. The partners would like to procure an evaluation of the process of implementation and the effectiveness of the new integrated commissioning processes and structures, including quantifying any improvements in outcomes for our populations, and whether integrated commissioning has allowed for more efficient use of resources. The anticipated value over the 3 year contract period is £350,000. Bids outside of the financial envelop will score zero marks.
