Works Frankham Street

This is a pipeline notice not a call for competition. Peabody Trust is providing advance notice of a potential future procurement for main contract works for Phase 3 of Frankham Street. The works are anticipated to be delivered under a Design and Build contract. This notice is issued in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 pipeline transparency requirements and is intended for market awareness only. At this stage the detailed scope of works is being developed, the procurement route is yet to be confirmed, the programme and value are subject to approvals.
