The Resourcing world at NRS has drastically changed over the past 24 months, we’ve gone from being an organisation that is winding down and reducing our workforce, to being in a position where there are so many new and exciting opportunities. The process of going from single vacancies, to volume and external recruitment continues to be a massive challenge. We are continuously working on process improvements to make the recruitment experience better for both our hiring managers and our candidates and have a number of live projects that we are working on in addition to filling vacancies. To be able to support our direct sourcing strategy, we need to continue to engage with the right jobs board to support with brand awareness and increase the quantity and quality of candidates applying for our roles on the external market.
