Description
The Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS) is required to enable emergency medical dispatchers to prioritise 999 calls and determine the most appropriate response to medical emergencies. The solution is a highly specialised solution that is fundamental to the safe and clinically appropriate prioritisation of 999 emergency calls. MPDS system is fundamental to the operation of the Emergency Medical Service provided by the Trust. System is owned and developed by Priority Dispatch Corp.
