Description

A request for quotation (RFQ) was issued to five (5) pre-selected contractors, inviting them to submit proposal for the required services. The scope of the services is the appointed consultant to lead and support the development of a Business Improvement District (BID) in the Earl’s Court area. This initiative forms part of the Council’s broader strategy to strengthen the local economy, enhance the quality of public spaces, and promote collaborative working between businesses, landowners, and the local authority. The appointed consultant would provide end-to-end support, including stakeholder engagement, feasibility assessment, BID proposal development, and guidance through the formal ballot process, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
