Agreement for the Provision of Appeals Service to Central London Congestion Charging and Low Emission Zone Schemes

The appeals service will provide an independant adjudication service for customers who have received a Notification of rejection (NOR) for TfL for either the Central London Congestion charging scheme or the London Low Emission Zone, following the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
