EBC KG IR35 Consultants Tender 2018 - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council is looking to appoint a IR35 Consultant to update procedure notes and to provide clear guidance/provide general training to relevant staff/Teams. It is fundamental that the successful supplier ensures that the work is completed within the agreed timescale. There has to be proactive communication with the project lead, and that the work is completed to the Council's specification and guidance, in line with the relevant law.
