Description

NS&I require a modern, cloud-based intranet solution and collaboration platform to keep our 250 colleagues across all locations connected and informed, with easy access to the information they need to do their work efficiently. The system must seamlessly integrate with our Microsoft files, enable organisation wide communications, and ensure an engaging, interactive experience for colleagues. The platform must be customisable so that we can showcase our employer brand to its full potential, must be intuitive and easy to use so that colleagues can self-serve and embrace all the features available, and securely protect our data and information. We require a cloud-based collaboration platform, or intranet, that we can use for three key purposes: - To share organisation wide news: - Give colleagues access to the key information they need to do their work: - Raise employee voice, driving engagement and collaboration: The supplier and their platform must be able to provide the following capabilities. o The solution must give NS&I control over the creation, layout and design of the user interface. o The ability to enable end-users to quickly access the information they are seeking through searching key words and phrases; o The solution must offer the ability to publish and distribute content on the website in a variety of different formats including MS word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, PDF, RTF and ODF o The solution must offer NS&I the functionality of an internal social media platform such as: Free web space for each user to create a personal profile; The ability to comment, like and dislike, and react to published content; Web page and blog posting abilities etc. • Reporting and Analytics: Customisable and comprehensive reports on end-user engagement, up-times and content views. • System support and user training: To be able to offer support during business hours via telephone, email or message/chat function;
