Description

The programme of the MCA/LEP (Mayoral Combined Authority / Local Enterprise Partnership) has grown significantly with new grants secured from national government pots for various programmes of activity, and more latterly with the availability of gainshare and potential investment funds. 2021/22 is likely to see a significant increase in investment funds to be deployed, which could increase year on year. \r \r Sponsored by the Chief Executive (CEX) of the Authority and the 4 South Yorkshire Local Authority (SY LA) CEXs, we are seeking to commission Business Process Re-engineering expertise to review our processes and flow of activity. This will include how ideas are tested, filtered, supported, developed with clear objectives and outcomes and then designed using optioneering to identify the preferred approach, through to seeking a procurement solution, decision making, funding and management.\r \r This opportunity is advertised via the ProContract portal.
