Business Analyst

- Experience in IT transformation projects/programmes; public facing projects would be beneficial - Experience delivering business change activities to internal stakeholder groups - Ability and experience working in a fast-paced environment with complex stakeholder landscape - Experience delivering webinars / training sessions to varying stakeholder groups o Able to confidently engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups o Experience of engagement software such as GoTo Webinars desirable - Require someone to plan, design, develop training and guidance materials for both internal and external stakeholder groups; utilising video, audio and written channels - Demonstratable experience / knowledge in agile delivery processes; o The ability to consume technical information and relay it in a concise and clear manner via multiple channels o Ability to engage with technical development teams o Ability to review and assess changes required to internal and external documentation based on technical releases taking place.
