Commercial Property Stock Condition Surveys

The Group requires the services of a company to carry out conditional surveys and assessments of the Group's commercial portfolio, this includes the buildings which we operate our business from. The Group seek to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to survey our commerical stock and provide the Group with a cost plan for future maintenance and investment requirements, this should include: Urgent/Immediate repair requirements; Within 12 months; Standard repair/replacement (2-5 years) Quinguennial repair/replacement up to 30 years
