Provision of Police Constable Entry Route (PCER) Programmes - AWARD

The following contracting authorities: o The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire o The Chief Constable of Staffordshire Police o The Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia o The Chief Constable of West Mercia Police o The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire o The Chief Constable of Warwickshire Police have awarded a contract for the provision of Police Constable Entry Route Programmes. This procurement was a three force collaboration between Warwickshire Police, West Mercia Police and Staffordshire Police via a further competition against the Bluelight Commercial Framework for Police Constable Entry Route Programmes reference BLC0133, in the following lots: o Lot 1: PCDA Programme Joint Delivery Model o Lot 2: DHEP Programme Joint Delivery Model One provider has been awarded the contract for an initial term of three years with the option to extend for a further two twelve month periods. The combined value of the contract is approximately ?4.2 million per annum depending on student numbers (+?12 million over the initial 3-year term).
