New parking laybys x2 - advice/design/construction.

Provide start to finish advice, design & construction work over an 18month/2 year period on 2 new parking layby's within Chiseldon Parish*. Must have extensive experience of this type of project. Ideally will have liaised with Swindon Borough Council (or other primary authority) on this type of project for relevant approval documents and permissions. References will be required & will be contacted. Stage one is to design suitable plans, advise on overall cost and liaise with Swindon Borough Council The ability to work with multiple interested parties is required - Chiseldon Parish Council who are funding this project, and Swindon Borough Council who own the land.
