Administration of Hampshire Concessionary Fares Scheme 2022

The scheme is made in accordance with the Concessionary Bus Travel Act 2007, the Transport Act 2000, the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 2002 and the discretionary powers contained in the Transport Act 1985 ('the Acts'). This contract is to assist the Council in the negotiation and reimbursement rates for bus operators in Hampshire and ensure that the council meets its statutory responsibility as the Travel Concessionary Authority for the administration of the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme in Hampshire.
