The works include the design and build 32 homes consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and associated communal facilities, together with all associated external works, including communal gardens, parking, bin stores, cycle racks, drainage, services and highway works at 431/433 Hagley Road, Edgebaston This underlying contract is awarded via direct selection from the EN: Procure New Build Framework Gen 4, Lot 3 - New Build Construction of Schemes between 30-100 units.
