West Oxfordshire District Council is the Landlord for Des Roches Square in Witney that comprises of six office units which cover an approximate area of 0.77 hectares. We require ground maintenance, pest control and gritting and snow clearance for a three year fixed price with a provision for a two year extension. The contract is to start on 1/4/2025
