Description
The purpose of the Tender is to identify a single suitably qualified organisation to provide each LOT, providers can apply to provide either or both Lots 1 (A) Direct Payment and Employment Hub Service and/ or Lot 2 (B) Managed Account Service. and Payroll Service. The Service will provide support, information, advice and guidance to individuals managing their own Personal Budgets as a Direct Payment; this could be: o Individuals - with a Direct Payment paid directly to them o Family members - who have been asked to facilitate the Direct Payment on behalf of the individual service user o Suitable persons - Individuals who are deemed suitable (through a robust process undertaken by the Council) to agree to and manage a Direct Payment on behalf of an individual who lacks the capacity to agree to and manage their own budget. The Service will provide various levels of support depending on individual identified need. The Service will have the flexibility to respond to changing demands and developments in approach to service delivery. The contract/contracts will start 1st October 2021 and be for a period of 3 years with options to extend up to a further 2 years
