The Council is seeking the provision of a 1 (one) year supply of up to 5 (five) million pink recycling sacks. Bulk delivery of 3.2 million pink sacks is required by 25th September 2023 to enable annual delivery of pink sacks to residents to commence. The remainder will be delivered on an ad hoc basis as required by the Council.
