Lightning Protection, Upgrade Landlords Supply and Emergency Lighting - AWARD

Installing Automatic Fire Detection and Surge Protection to 70 blocks of flats, and the installation of full Lightning Protection to 1 block of flats and Installation of Landlords supply and upgrading emergency lighting to 84 blocks of cottage flats. The contract will commence on 28th February 2022, with an anticipated completion of November 2022. The blocks requiring Lightning protection will be the Priority, and the planning and co-ordination with Electricity North West to install the new Landlords supply will run concurrently. Please note the works to install Automatic Fire Detection and Surge Protection must be prioritised ahead of the Landlords and Emergency Lighting upgrade.
