West Lancashire Borough Council - Contract for the provision of Sustainable Organisation Review and Associated Consultancy Services

West Lancashire Borough Council (the Council) was seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to provide specialised support in order to achieve the outcomes resulting from the Organisation Review. These may include assistance with the specification of implementation support consultancy packages; business process re-engineering, ICT support e.g. development of appropriate specifications and assistance with the procurement and development of new IT solutions and HR-related support.
