Provision of an Independent Investigator to undertake an Investigation into a Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination Case

The Cabinet Office have undertaken a Single Tender to award this contract. Provision of a One-off independent workplace investigation onto a complex bullying, harassment and discrimination complaint is required. The completion of an investigation and comprehensive report will enable the enable the Cabinet Office to make an informed decision into an actions (up to an including disciplinary) and recommendations.
