South Pennine Academies – Further Competition for The Provision of Toilet Refurbishments

As a response to recently completed condition surveys, a number of schools have a requirement to re-fit and decorate 12 sets of school toilets, as set out in the specification. The works included (but are not limited to):- • Strip out old fixtures and fittings and remove from site • Replace fixtures and fittings as set out in the specification • Tile and redecorate • Replace flooring
