The procurement process for the following solutions is expected to commence in March 2026 with the new contract commencing in Autumn 2026. •Rents and Service Charges management •Asset Management, Building Safety and Compliance management Prior to launching the procurement process, Yorkshire Housing is undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement exercise. The purpose of the Pre Market Engagement exercise is to establish: •Market capacity and appetite •Solution options, particularly seeing what the “Art of the possible” is over and above standard functionality. •Specification content •Delivery model options •Integration options (with Salesforce and Workday through Mulesoft) •An understanding of the data migration options and processes •Indications on cost •Dependencies •Procurement options •Contract conditions options •Implementation timescales •Resource requirements of Yorkshire Housing staff •Risks •Opportunities •Barriers Further details can be found in the Pre Market Engagement Brief.
