Framework Agreement for General Contractors Framework

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking tenders from Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a framework agreement to carry out building schemes in various locations to support its expansion and maintenance of its estate. It is anticipated that the majority of use will be general building, new builds, alterations and extensions works for Affordable Housing Schemes, Residential and Extra Care Homes, Sports & Leisure Facilities and Education Buildings. Contractors will be required to carry out building schemes in various locations throughout the Bradford District and further afield should the Council secure external works outside the District.
