Burslem Ward Bungalow Improvements

It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project, and intend to appoint a single subcontractor to carry out the works. The works are to 41 nr 1-bedroom bungalow properties as follows; Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, replacement cladding, fire stopping, installation of low-level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors, renewal and topping up of loft insulation, fencing and wall repairs.
