The appointment of an experienced and professional design team to provide a spatial design and costings for the redesign of Hackney Central Library. In line with the Design Brief specific requirements and objectives a contractor to produce the detailed designs, spatial layouts and includes for the design, supply & fit-out works of FF&E. The refurbishment project will deliver modern and efficient facilities that meet the needs of the local community and the ambitions we have for the building now and in the future.
