NHS Health Checks Software Support Service

Lincolnshire County Council is inviting tenders for the supply of an NHS Health Check Software Service (HCSS.) The HCSS shall provide Health Check software, technical support and reporting functionality. Health Check software shall work across a number of different clinical systems (such as EMIS) and Health Check templates will be provided (and maintained) to Health Check providers for the duration of the contract.The HCSS is a critical component of the wider NHS Health Check agenda. Together, in collaboration with a range of key stakeholders, the service shall contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of Lincolnshire residents.
