Social Value Development for Capital Works Projects

Surrey County Council is looking to obtain support to work alongside the Capital Projects team within Land and Property to develop a social value programme, framework, charter and guide that can be used as a baseline from which to determine social value deliverables for suppliers and contractors, which supports both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
