Phase 2 comprises the extension of the potable water main from the section already installed on site, to the point of connection at Water End. Completion of this connection is essential to enable full potable water capacity to be delivered to the York Central development plots. Without this work, the required water supply necessary to facilitate the full York Central development cannot be achieved.
