Newton Poppleford and Harpford Parish Multi Use Games Area

Newton Poppleford and Harpford Parish Council (The Employer) is seeking a suitably qualified company to design and construct a new Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) at the Recreational Fields. There are no residential properties overlooking the site, access is good with a wide entrance and turning off Back Lane to the car park, with no height restrictions or challenges. It is expected no Planning Permission will be required however at the time of the Tender being released, a Pre-application has been submitted to the Local Authority.
