External Email Management

Bromford is seeking a product to reduce the risk of accidental data loss caused by misdirected emails. The product would - 1. Offer risk-based protection analysis of the sensitivity of data and apply protection proportion-al to the risk of sharing it. 2. Provide colleagues with alerts and notifications based on content and who it is being sent to 3. Use advanced techniques to determine the risk profile when emails are sent, such as • History of interaction to establish 'normal' behaviour patterns. • Free mail or personal email domain • Forwarded Content • Attachments • Content and context of the email - identify sensitivity or confidentiality of email. • The security profile of the recipient's domain - DKIM/SPF 4. Integration with Office365, Outlook desktop and mobile clients and OWA 5. Offer assistance with training in the use of the product or service.
