The requirements of this commission are to provide independent consultancy advice to develop a technical specification that WCC will use to procure a PPM and repairs contractor for our new build developments that contain components that are not within our existing contract specifications. This commission will require the following activities to develop a robust specification to inform the procurement planned for our new assets. We are seeking best professional advice about Component Life Cycles, Replacement and upgrade schedules and planned preventative maintenance.
