The Development of an online segmentation and diagnostic tool for the North East Growth Hub Cluster

The North East LEP / NTCA are seeking to appoint an external contractor to create a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) cloud-based segmentation and diagnostic platform, Intellectual Property (IP) to be retained by North East Growth Hub, for use by Growth Hub and the Cluster partners. Our vision is to develop a more impactful and transformational business support ecosystem that better aligns and integrates the collective endeavours of all stakeholders to deliver transformational impact in terms of business creation, growth, improvement and scaleup. To support the achievement of this vision the North East LEP / NTCA require the contractor to deliver a series of integrated work packages which are described in the Procurement documents
