PS118-24 Abbey Walk Car Park Demolition and PS119-24 Osborne Street (Former Poundland Building) Expression of Interest

Equans Services Limited, partners to North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) in delivering the property technical design services, which include all aspects of the design, procurement and management of construction works on properties where the Authority have an interest and will assist to support the economic regeneration of the area to deliver stronger local communities and a stronger local economy. The Authority is seeking Expression of Interest's (EOI's) for the demolition of Abbey Walk Car Park Demolition and Osborne Street (Former Poundland Building) located in the town centre of Grimsby.
