Nottinghamshire County Council (the 'Council'), on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC), is seeking to form a contract with one Contractor to undertake the installation of Boilers on a Planned basis and ad-hoc basis based on the specification of works, all sites are owned by Ashfield District Council.\r \r The contract used will be a JCT Measured Terms Building Contract (2016 edition).\r \r Contract Duration 12 months with no extensions.\r \r Estimated Contract Value £900,000, excluding VAT.
